A 7-metre aluminium electric sloop
The AluShip E-Sloep 700 is the smallest boat in the range certified for ten, which makes it the entry point for hire use where a full party has to fit. The hull is cut and welded from aluminium in Steenwijk.
The numbers
7.0 m long, 2.70 m in the beam, 820 kg, drawing 0.65 m with an air draught of 1.28 m. Certified for 10 people, CE design category D. An electric pod drives it, offered across an 8 to 18 kW band and settled in the builder's configurator, so battery, speed and range are not published and are left out rather than guessed. From €38,950 including 21% Dutch VAT.
The builder
AluShip makes its own 5083-grade aluminium hulls in Steenwijk, the Netherlands, and lists a dedicated range for hire companies and holiday parks. The E-Sloep line runs from 5.5 to 9.5 m.
